Revelations is an EP by Pamplona, Spain stoner rock band Kabbalah, released on February 9, 2016.
Kabbalah es un nuevo proyecto firmado por Carmen y Marga, antiguas componentes de Las Culebras, que tras varios discos y un amplio recorrido por los escenarios del rock glamuroso nacional, inician un nuevo camino hacia ambientes más oscuros, mirando hacia los 70 con una clara predilección por lo oculto, la brujería, y los sonidos escalofriantes pero manteniendo la melodía como bandera.
Debutan en 2013 con un EP que marca los pasos a seguir, al que sigue “Primitive Stone” en 2015, consiguiendo muy buenas críticas. Su sonido ha sido definido como fuerte, enigmático y fascinante, y se mueve entre destellos de occult rock, retro de los 70 y clásico heavy-psicodélico de finales de los 60.
La banda se consolida a finales de 2015 con la entrada de Alba a la guitarra, afianzando aún más su sonido, y con esta formación se dispone a grabar su tercer EP, en el que seguirán explorando la oscuridad mediante ritmos hipnóticos y melodías electrizantes.
Kabbalah is a new project signed by Carmen and Marga, former members of Las Culebras, who after several albums and extensive tours on the National most glamorous rock stages, initiate a new phase to darker environments, looking at the 70s with a clear predilection for the occult, witchcraft, and the eerie sounds while keeping the melody as flag.
The debut is in 2013 with an EP that marks the steps to follow, and in 2015 they release “Primitive Stone” , getting very good international reviews. Their sound has been described as strong, mysterious and fascinating, and moves between flashes of occult rock, 70s retro and classic heavy-psychedelic of the late 60s.
The band is consolidated at the end of 2015 with the entry of Alba on guitar, further strengthening its sound, and they are about to record their third EP, which will continue exploring the dark with hypnotic rhythms and electrifying tunes.
